Effective treatment via NLP and hypnosis
Everything from A-HA experiences to guided daydreams can create new pathways in your mind and dissolve harmful beliefs and unhealthy habits, new and old.
I use NLP both in our conversations and during the hypnosis, as NLP is really good at inducing A-HA experiences and at reinforcing positive change during the mild hypnosis.
I use the term guided daydreams in connection with mild hypnosis, because hypnosis creates an inwardly focused relaxed state that is just like daydreaming. The biggest difference is that when we daydream it is our imagination that runs away with us, whereas in hypnosis it is I who guides you, based on the goals we have uncovered during our conversation.
I am very aware of how you react and can thus ensure that everything during the session happens in full accordance with your wishes.
