A bit about me
If you are wondering why I think that I am qualified to give advice on this matter, her is the answer.
Throughout the last 20 years I have managed to let go of many undesired mental and physical conditions and in that process, I gained a lot of new perspective and experience with a variety of tools and approaches.
Also, I am educated NEURO-HYPNOTERAPEUT & NLP PRACTITIONER, that has got to count for something, right?
If you are interested in reading more about how I got started, you can read more about it in How I let go of a very long depression and under Cases of healing you will find more stories of successful self-healing.
Let yourself inspire and find your own path.
Teaming up with the right people.
Using the right tools.
Getting to know oneself.
You have to build on what you have
Tear down what is in the way
Replace or repair what is broken
Expand and build new when there is too little room and when you need something different
Involve others with different skills and when you need a fresh pair of eyes or a different perspective on the matter at hand
