At “The school of self-healing” I was talking with one of the therapists about how to find out what drives a specific action and she told me to look for more that just one feeling, maybe there are 5 or 10 feelings involved at the time.

Just being aware of this possibility was enough for me to experience it within myself.

Turns out there often are more the just one feeling involved in any given situation. Basically, there are more than one feeling in play all the time.

This was really an eye opener for me, because now I knew that to let go of a specific behaviour, I had to let go of all of the negative emotions involved.
